Terri has Started up South Lanarkshire and Borders Sling Meet, at the Carmichael Tearoom
Last Friday of every month, 10am-12pm.
Mums, Parents and parents to be come along to share slings / babywearing experience and to get advice.
Terri Carmichael trained at Wellpark College in Auckland, New Zealand. She gained an NZQA Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and Remedial Therapies (1080 hour - full-time) and a Certificate in Relaxation Massage.Terri has over 3 years experience in body therapies and takes a holistic approach to her assessment and treatments, tailoring each session to your specific needs and giving advice on stretches and exercise post treatment. She is continually furthering her training, especially in the area of Craniosacral Therapy, a beneficial and exciting emerging complementary therapy.

Neuromuscular Techniques & Trigger Point Therapy
Specific pressure point work & massage combined with stretching enables the body to release painful locked up areas, restoring health & mobility to the bodies systems. (Note this may be especially beneficial for Frozen Shoulder or conditions presenting with limited range of motion of the arm)
Uses the ancient art of aromatic oils to nurture & heal
Stretching the fascia & releasing adhesions to eliminate pain, increase range of motion & balance the body
